First training of Big Hearted Academy: Impact & Personal development

Early January I registered the name Big Hearted Academy, an initiative I’ve been working on with a few wonderful people. As it is slow and steady work, for the time being, we use our network and this corner of the internet to share updates.

And we developed our signature programme!

We’re inviting courageous people who want to both consciously and practically contribute to the development of others.

What will you learn?

After this training you can guide others with more confidence. Understanding the principles of self-directed learning in organizations, you are able to switch to a coaching role when useful. In collaboration and conversations – you know how to both invite ownership within others and lead yourself. Your perspective on learning and development has been broadened and the professional impact of you and your team, increases. You enjoy seeing others flourish.
