What I focus on at this point in my life

Completing a first aid course. Was on my list for a while, living in a rural area, with a young child, and I’m glad I finally got around to it.
Coaching and sparring with a range of people inside one organisation, from founder to HR lead to head of advisory. I like the depth that comes with that.
Just wrapped a larger project: turning existing habits into a full HR infrastructure. Job profiles, salary framework, policies, feedback cycles, performance and growth conversations. Evaluating and finetuning, happy to see it work.
Getting involved in my neighbourhood as a volunteer.
This month: insulating our new home. 🏠
Creating headspace by bringing order to the behind-the-scenes: Notion, administration, a new accountant.
Exploring the options of adding my surname to Bram’s last name. The process has its gaps, so I’m navigating that slowly.
Making sense of matriarchy + what it means for the work I’ve done and the position I want to take.

Gained coaching for personal understanding of a change in roles, energy and values.
Attending a course in business planning, as I want to practice + plan for a more sustainable use of my energy as solo-entrepreneur in the long run.
Tending to the shifts in my client-base: meeting women in leadership, as well as multi-talented young adults. Love it.
Bringing the workshop to people & organizations.
I write more often (in order to lighten up about creating, sharing and experimenting).
Finding my peers and way in the local community, as proud mom of a 2-yr old 🫶.
Supporting my partner while he is building our home 🌍.
