Leadership isn’t a single role or skill, but a practice anyone can take one: aligning vision with action, inspiring others with clarity and care and staying grounded in times of change.

I combine coaching, HRD expertise and organizational strategy to help you grow your leadership and build organizations where people thrive. Depending on your needs, we can work together in three different ways:

1. Your sparringpartner

For founders and small organizations without an HR advisor.
You don’t need a full-time HR manager, but are looking for an experienced partner to lean on. We meet regularly to look at your people and culture questions, I give you practical advice and I’m available in between for quick feedback.

What it’s not: I don’t take on operational HR work such as drafting contracts or handling sick leave. Instead, I help you handle this yourself. By the end of our collaboration, you are working with confidence on most HR issues.

2. Shaping culture together

For organizations ready to build structures that reflect their values.
We design the frameworks and practices that make your values visible and workable in daily life. That might mean clarifying roles, creating a learning & development approach, or experimenting with Holacracy or sociocracy.

The result: values turned into clear agreements and practices, facilitating healthy, effective collaboration. Moving away from traditional command-and-control, towards working with self-organizing principles.

3. Trusted Companion

For founders and leaders navigating growth or transformation.
Leading through change is demanding and often deeply personal. In this longer-term partnership, I combine coaching and strategy to help you grow in your leadership while keeping your organization aligned and moving forward.

You’ll have a trusted companion by your side: someone who understands your context, supports your personal development and helps you align leadership decisions with people and strategy.

How we work

Whether our work together is brief or long-term, you always get my full presence, strategic eye and care for both people and the whole system. We can work remotely, or in person if you are in the Netherlands.
