Living systems need feedback to thrive. And yet, most teams have never really learned how to give it, receive it or create the conditions where it flows naturally.

Connected is designed around a simple insight: people rarely change through more information. They change when something shifts in how they experience what they already know. When a familiar skill lands differently, when a core value of self-organisation is felt rather than understood, when there is suddenly space for new behaviour.

What the workshop practices

Four hours of learning, in groups of eight. Experiential throughout. Not your standard workshop, but a learning circle.

01 – Active listening
A triad exercise that makes people experience what it means to truly listen, witness and be heard.

02 – Self-reflection & trigger logs
A reflective exercise on what triggers you at work and how recognising your own patterns is the foundation of personal leadership.

03 – Collaborative communication
An introduction to collaborative communication, with practical tools to say difficult things in a way that connects rather than defends.

04 – The art of appreciation
Specific, meaningful appreciation as a practice for team culture and individual growth.

Who facilitates Connected

The facilitators who carry Connected best are people with a genuine curiosity for others and a natural feel for shared leadership. Experience in facilitation helps, but a feel for the role matters more.

As part of the Complete licence, we spend half a day together for the onboarding of facilitators. During this masterclass we go through the script, the design principles, the intentions behind each exercise and how to prepare for your specific context. So that you can deliver the workshop with confidence and make it your own.
